Rd. C /Lakeshore Street <br />Improvement #93 -11 <br />* Keller Parkway Water Main Improvement #93 -10 <br />* East Brooks Avenue (Morrison to Savage Lane) Street <br />Reconstruction Improvement #92 -16 <br />* Viking Drive Water Main Improvement #92 -13 <br />As we discussed, these projects would be subject to the fee schedule A -2 <br />contained in the revised contract. Furthermore, any projects by which <br />contracts have already been let would also be subject to fee schedule A -2. <br />Any future projects would be subject to the contract provisions as <br />indicated. <br />Also enclosed are copies of the revised contract for your review. Please <br />let me know should you have any comments or questions.
