after a construction contract has been executed. <br />1.3.4. Assist the City in obtaining all necessary approvals, permits and <br />licenses from the Minnesota Department of Transportation, Minnesota <br />Department of Natural Resources, Minnesota Pollution Control Agency, <br />Minnesota Department of Health, Metropolitan Waste Control Commission, <br />Ramsey County Public Works Department, United States Corps of Engineers, <br />Ramsey- Washington Watershed District and all other agencies and bodies <br />having jurisdiction of any phase of the Project. <br />1.3.5. Assist the City in obtaining legal descriptions and a set of plans, <br />half- section maps, plat maps or sketches which depict the permanent and <br />temporary easements and rights -of -way needed for implementation of the <br />Project including preparation of right -of -way and easement descriptions. <br />1.3.6. Arrange for making of all required sub - surface exploration and <br />additional soil tests necessary to supplement those performed in the <br />Preliminary Report Phase, subject to consultation with City staff. <br />1.3.7. Advise the City as to the necessity of obtaining services in <br />addition to those furnished by the Consultant under this Agreement, <br />including the types of services described in SECTION 2, "ADDITIONAL <br />SERVICES ", and if concurred with and authorized in writing by the City, the <br />Consultant shall assist the City in obtaining such services. <br />1.3.8. Prepare a statement of the Consultant's opinion of the Construction <br />Cost for the Project in an itemized manner based upon designs established <br />to this point. <br />1.3.9. Furnish copies of design calculations, sheets and maps when <br />requested by the City. <br />1.3.10. Be responsible for the completeness and accuracy of, and correct <br />at its own expense, all errors and omissions in field surveys, <br />calculations, designs and studies performed by the Consultant, on which the <br />plans and specifications are based, which may be discovered during the <br />-4- <br />Page 169 <br />
