Council could table action on the matter should the <br />submittal not be complete or the Council feel additional <br />input or public review is necessary. <br />Items felt to be routine and non - controversial in nature <br />that develop after Agenda Packets have been prepared, and <br />where it is preferable not to delay action on the item until <br />the next Council meeting, will usually be added. <br />Page 214 <br />
