Based on these bids, I would <br />recommend that the base bids for Pioneer Park and Westwind Park <br />submitted by Daily and Son Blacktopping be awarded subject to <br />approval of the Park and Recreation Commission. The base bids <br />submitted by Daily and Son total $43,719.00. The budgeted amount <br />for both parks is $47,000.00 (Pioneer Park - $30,000 and Westwind <br />Park - $17,000). <br />Page 236 <br />
