5. Lighting sources are not visible from neighboring residences <br />or the street. <br />6. The area does not take up required parking spaces. <br />7. Compliance with procedural and administrative requirements of <br />the ordinance. <br />The site plan provided clearly indicated that the storage area will <br />not exceed the size requirements. However, it is not clear as to <br />how the area will be screened from view of the residential district <br />to the east, or the County Road D right -of -way to the north and <br />west. In addition, paving of the storage area is not indicated on <br />the site plan. <br />The storage as shown may be acceptable if the ordinance criteria <br />are adhered to.
