Section 903.020.D.4 of the Zoning Ordinance requires <br />that construction of accessory buildings that exceed 1,000 square <br />feet in floor area, must first obtain a conditional use permit. <br />The purpose of the request is to provide storage for the <br />applicant's third car, a boat, and snowmobile. <br />Attached for reference: <br />Exhibit A - Site Location <br />Exhibit B - Site Plan <br />Exhibit C - Building Plans <br />ANALYSIS <br />Section 921.010.(C) of the Municipal Code requires the City to <br />consider the following factors when reviewing a conditional use <br />permit: <br />1. The proposed action has been considered in relation to the <br />specific policies and provisions of and has been found to be <br />consistent with the official City Comprehensive Land Use Plan. <br />2.
