Security Fences. <br />Fences which are erected primarily to secure <br />a particular area have "arms" inward toward <br />the enclosure not to exceed thirty -six (36) <br />inches in length, located a minimum of six <br />(6) and a maximum of eight (8) feet above <br />ground level, on which arms barbed wire may <br />be strung. <br />A survey establishing the true boundary line <br />must be made by a Registered Land Surveyor <br />and submitted to the City. <br />Fence arm extensions may not extend across an <br />abutting property line or over any public <br />right -of -way. <br />c. Fences erected within the required front yard area <br />shall not exceed six (6) feet in height and shall <br />be of a chain link or woven wire construction <br />which affords maximum visibility. <br />9. Special Purpose Fences. Fences for <br />and fences differing in construction, <br />may be permitted in any district <br />issuance of a conditional use permit. <br />special purposes <br />height or length <br />in the City by <br />G. Where landscaping and /or screening is required under <br />the provisions of this Ordinance, the person <br />responsible for the proposed actions must submit to the <br />Zoning Administrator, a detailed landscaping plan, <br />identifying design, size, and type of all planting <br />and /or screening materials. The landscape plan shall <br />also include a bid from a certified nurseryman for <br />installation of the proposed landscaping. <br />2. Performance Bond. <br />a. The City shall be provided with a surety bond, <br />cash escrow, certificate of deposit, securities, <br />or cash deposit prior to approval of the <br />landscaping plan or initiation of work on the <br />proposed improvement or development.
