The <br />fence was constructed to prevent geese from damaging a newly <br />renovated lawn area between a large pond and the Canabury Pond <br />Condominiums. <br />Attached for reference: <br />Exhibit A - Site Location <br />Exhibit B - Site Plan <br />Exhibit C - Detail Site Plan <br />ISSUES ANALYSIS <br />Section 903.010 requires the City to consider the following factors <br />when reviewing all conditional use permit requests: <br />1. The proposed action has been considered in relation to the <br />specific policies and provisions of and has been found to be <br />consistent with the official City Comprehensive Land Use Plan. <br />2.
