<br />a. Full -time Salaries - 1994 includes one -half the salaries of the Executive Director and
<br />Administrative Assistant and one -third of the salary of the Operations Manager. The 1995
<br />amount inclues a 3% increase in salaries.
<br />b. Part -time Salaries - Covers part -time municipal access coordinator, who started in March.
<br />1995 figure includes a 3% increase.
<br />c. Retirement - The Commission /Corporation pay 4.5% of salary for retirement benefit. The
<br />part -time mmicipai access coordinator will become eligible for this benefit in 1995.
<br />d. Health Insurance - The 1994 budget was prepared before we knew what our rates under
<br />Medica were going to be. We have been told that our rates will decrease by 10 %,
<br />effective 8/1/94.
<br />e. Printin - Instead of trying to produce a separate newsletter and annual report
<br />for the Commission, we are combining it with the Corporation publications and
<br />charging the Commission 25% of the cost.
<br />f. Publications - Includes subscription to Multichannel News, Cablevision, League of Minnesota
<br />Cities magazine, M & H Cable Inforamtion Service.
<br />g. Memberships - Includes Suburban Area Chamber of Commerce, MACTA, NATOA, and New
<br />Brighton Rotary Club.
