<br />a. City Contributions - Same level as 1993 and 1994.
<br />b. Interest Income - Includes interest earned on checking account and reserves invested
<br />through the City of Roseville. Does not include Equipment Replacement Fund.
<br />c. Scholarship Grant - This usually increases from one year to the next by the percentage
<br />increase in basic rates. Rates have decreased, however, because of rate regulation.
<br />The amount of the decrease remains at issue.
<br />d. Reimbursement - In 1993, NSCC received additional reimbursements for the cost of
<br />evaluating the transfer of ownership.
<br />e. Reserves - The Commission currently has approximately $200,000 in, reserve.
