Dedication and construction of a cul -de -sac at the end of Australian, as <br />shown on Exhibit D. <br />This would solve the problem of a lack of turn around area at the end of <br />Australian, although Public Works attempts to discourage additional cul- <br />de-sac construction. Under this arrangement, the remainder of Jackson <br />could be vacated. <br />3. Denial of subdivision. <br />RECOMMENDATION <br />We would recommend that unless one of the first two options (or an acceptable <br />alternative) can be worked out, the subdivision be turned down.
