It is my understanding that the Engineer and the Public Works
Director are going to be investigating the potential for constructing a "T"
terminus for Australian in front of your property. This construction would
allow City or other vehicles to turn around without entering your property.
It is still unclear whether the School Bus Company will continue to stop on
Lakeshore or come up Australian with this arrangement.
You should be aware that it is our opinion such a "T" terminus is not adequate
to go ahead with a subdivision of your lot, as adequate, fully improved public
street frontage would still be lacking. Subdivision was only to be considered,
according to the Council, if a cul -de -sac was constructed, although Council was
willing to consider a smaller than standard circle. Please let me know if you
have any questions.
Cordially,
NORTHWEST ASSOCIATED CONSULTANTS, INC.
Wjj&4
Stephen Grittman
Senior Designer
SG /nd
cc: Joe Chlebeck
Don Carley
4820 minnetonka blvd., ste. 200, minneapolis, mn 55416 (612 925 -9420
Page 31
