First, is an ordinance amendment regulating <br />boundary line fences and wire fences, the following highlights the <br />proposed amendments: <br />• Boundary line fences are redefined to be located at least five <br />(5) feet from side property lines, rather the existing three <br />(3) foot regulation. <br />• A Boundary line fence may be placed on a side property line if <br />an adjoining property owner agrees in writing. <br />• No wire fencing is allowed in any portion of a side or front <br />yard. <br />Second, is an ordinance which prohibit all temporary off - premise <br />signs.
