ORDINANCE NO. <br />CITY OF LITTLE CANADA <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF THE CITY OF LITTLE <br />CANADA, SECTION 903.020, REGARDING TEMPORARY SPECIAL PURPOSE FENCES <br />WHICH PROVIDE PROTECTION FROM NATURAL ELEMENTS. <br />The City Council of the City of Little Canada does hereby ordain as <br />follows: <br />Section 1. Section 903.020, Subd. F.9. of the Little Canada <br />Zoning Ordinance is hereby amended to read as follows: <br />903.020 F.9. Special Purpose Fences. <br />a. Fences for special purposes and fences differing in <br />construction, height or length may be peLmitted in any <br />district in the City by issuance of a Conditional Use <br />Permit, except as provided for in Subd. 9.b. below. <br />b. Fences which are temporary in nature, are installed for <br />the purpose of protecting gardens or lawns from natural <br />elements, and which are less than forty two (42) inches <br />in height may be allowed without permit, provided that <br />such fences are not located within the required front or <br />side yards of a lot, and that such fences are not <br />determined to be a nuisance as regulated by the Little <br />Canada Municipal Code. <br />Section 2.
