<br />Other Services
<br />Ehlers and Associates may also provide services to the City not described in this Agreement. Prior to beginning
<br />work on Other Services, the Company shall submit to the City for its approval a written scope of work and
<br />budget for the project. Without approval of a specific project budget, the services shall fall under the category
<br />of On -Going Consulting Services and not eligible for additional compensation.
<br />Duties of the Community
<br />The community will authorize and direct its administration, attorneys, bond counsel, accountants, engineers,
<br />architects, actuaries, and other consultants to prepare and furnish such information as may be reasonably necessary
<br />for the company to carry out its duties and obligations, all at no cost to the company. The government shall
<br />provide financial statements (audit reports if available) without cost to the company.
<br />Termination
<br />Except as otherwise provided, this agreement shall continue in effect subject to termination by either party upon
<br />60 days written notice.
