MINUTES <br />MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING <br />PLANNING COMMISSION <br />LITTLE CANADA, MINNESOTA <br />OCTOBER 13, 1994 <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular <br />meeting of the Planning Commission of the City of <br />Little Canada, Minnesota was held on the 13th day of <br />October, 1994 in the Council Chambers of the City <br />Center located at 515 Little Canada Road in said City. <br />Chairman Gene DeLonais called the meeting to order at <br />7:30 P.M. and the following members of the Commission <br />were present at roll call: <br />MEMBERS PRESENT: Mr. Gene DeLonais <br />Mr. Denny Davison <br />Mr. Fred Schletty <br />Mr. Steve Garske <br />Mr. John Keis <br />MEMBERS EXCUSED: Mr. Dennis Carson <br />Mr. Dan Knudsen <br />ALSO PRESENT: Mr. Steve Grittman, City Planner <br />Mrs. Kathy Glanzer, Admin. Asst. <br />Garske pointed out that at the last meeting he stated <br />that he would be unable to attend the October and <br />November Planning Commission meetings. His plans were <br />changed and he is unable to attend the November and <br />December meetings. <br />There being no corrections to the minutes of September <br />8, 1994 regular meeting, those minutes stood approved <br />as submitted. <br />PROPERTY The City Planner reviewed the property division <br />DIVISION - requested by Don and Joan Rada for their property <br />RADA at 2817 Edgerton Street. The Planner noted that the <br />division has been amended somewhat; the Rada's are <br />requesting that the northerly lot have a width of 85 <br />feet and the southerly lot would be 115 feet wide. The <br />Planner reported that the property division conforms to <br />City standards, and recommended approval. <br />Mr. Keis recommended approval of the division of 2817 <br />1 <br />
