MINUTES <br />PLANNING COMMISSION <br />OCTOBER 13, 1994 <br />Edgerton Street into two single - family lots as <br />requested by Don and Joan Rada with the northerly lot <br />to be 85 feet in width and the southerly lot 115 feet, <br />subject to compliance with the recommendations of the <br />City Planner as contained in his October 10, 1994 <br />report. <br />Motion seconded by Schletty. <br />Motion carried 5 - 0. <br />PROPERTY Mr. Morris Jespersen appeared before the Commission <br />DIVISION - requesting approval of the division of property at 2885 <br />JESPERSEN Vanderbie Street into two single family lots and the <br />combination of Outlot B to provide access to Costa <br />Lane. <br />The City Planner reported that the property division is <br />consistent with the original intention of the City in <br />permitting the reserve strip identified as Outlot B. <br />Mr. Schletty recommended approval of the property <br />division of 2885 Vanderbie Road as requested by Mr. <br />Morris Jespersen subject to compliance with the <br />recommendations of the City Planner as contained in his <br />October 11, 1994 report. <br />Motion seconded by Davison. <br />Motion carried 5 - 0. <br />PRELIMINARY Ken Gust, representing North Suburban Development <br />& FINAL Company, appeared before the Commission requesting <br />PLAT a reapproval of the Preliminary Plat for Canada Woods <br />CANADA West. Gust reported that the City granted approval <br />WOODS WEST of this preliminary plat previously, however, that <br />approval lapsed prior to recording of the final plat. <br />Gust reported that there have been no changes made in <br />the plat presented this evening from the one presented <br />previously. <br />The City Planner reported that the Commission could act <br />on both the Preliminary and Final Plat at this time if <br />it choose to do so. The public hearing this evening <br />was advertised for preliminary plat, however, a public <br />hearing is not required for final plat approval. The <br />2 <br />
