MINUTES PLANNING COMMISSION OCTOBER 13, 1994 Edgerton Street into two single - family lots as requested by Don and Joan Rada with the northerly lot to be 85 feet in width and the southerly lot 115 feet, subject to compliance with the recommendations of the City Planner as contained in his October 10, 1994 report. Motion seconded by Schletty. Motion carried 5 - 0. PROPERTY Mr. Morris Jespersen appeared before the Commission DIVISION - requesting approval of the division of property at 2885 JESPERSEN Vanderbie Street into two single family lots and the combination of Outlot B to provide access to Costa Lane. The City Planner reported that the property division is consistent with the original intention of the City in permitting the reserve strip identified as Outlot B. Mr. Schletty recommended approval of the property division of 2885 Vanderbie Road as requested by Mr. Morris Jespersen subject to compliance with the recommendations of the City Planner as contained in his October 11, 1994 report. Motion seconded by Davison. Motion carried 5 - 0. PRELIMINARY Ken Gust, representing North Suburban Development & FINAL Company, appeared before the Commission requesting PLAT a reapproval of the Preliminary Plat for Canada Woods CANADA West. Gust reported that the City granted approval WOODS WEST of this preliminary plat previously, however, that approval lapsed prior to recording of the final plat. Gust reported that there have been no changes made in the plat presented this evening from the one presented previously. The City Planner reported that the Commission could act on both the Preliminary and Final Plat at this time if it choose to do so. The public hearing this evening was advertised for preliminary plat, however, a public hearing is not required for final plat approval. The 2
