The fact is the property has <br />been a three unit apartment for over 20 years. We are requesting <br />two additional efficiency apartments in the lower level. <br />This rezoning will not drastically change any traffic problems <br />in that it would only use existing parking spaces. The property <br />is already being used for apartments and the new units planned <br />are efficiency units which will lend themselves to singles or <br />childless couples.
