Hanson
Dear Gary:
Pursuant to our phone conversation of October 13, 1994, I am
writing to confirm your attendance at the Council Meeting to be
held on October 26 at the Little Canada City Hall. The City
Council would like to have an update as to the project's status
in addition to discussing a deadline by which a executed
developer's agreement could be expected. Even though a
contractual relationship between the City and your group does not
exist at this time, we are aware of your continued pursuit of a
project in the Rice Street /Little Canada Road area. The City
Council feels that current conditions present a favorable
opportunity for re- development in the area. If you have a
project that is feasible, we would like to pursue it based on a
contractual relationship. If you do not have a workable project,
then it is likely we will seek other developers for this area.
If you want to give me a call on Monday, October 24, 1994, we
will be able to give you a better idea as to the time this topic
will be discussed at the Council Meeting. In the meantime,
should you have any comments or questions, please feel free to
give me a call.
Sincerely,
R.
