Holm reported that the property
AVENUE is the old Fuel Economy site behind Kath Bros. He
would like to move the lot line to where the existing
fence is located. This will leave a larger parcel
where the buildings are standing, and a smaller lot in
the back which could be sold. The smaller lot would
consist of approximately 2 acres.
Carson noted the need for the City Engineer to
determine whether or not drainage and utility easements
are necessary on lot lines.
There was no one from the general public present
wishing to comment on this matter.
1
Page 6
