MINUTES <br />MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING <br />PARKS & RECREATION COMMISSION <br />LITTLE CANADA, MINNESOTA <br />DECEMBER 1, 1994 <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular meeting of <br />the Parks & Recreation Commission of the City of Little <br />Canada, Minnesota was held on the 1st day of December, 1994 <br />in the Council Chambers of the City Hall located at 515 East <br />Little Canada Road in said City. <br />Chairman Ken Wehrle chaired and called the meeting to order <br />at 7:40 p.m. and the following members of the Commission <br />were present at roll call: <br />MEMBERS PRESENT: <br />MEMBERS ABSENT: <br />ALSO PRESENT: <br />Mr. Ken Wehrle, Chair <br />Mr. Jim Greger <br />Mr. Larry Hartmann <br />Ms. Karen Johnson <br />Mr. Howard Remerowski <br />Mr. Tom Holm <br />Ms. Berniece Magnuson <br />Mr. Jim Morelan, Parks & Rec. Director <br />Mr. Bill Sanders, Park Consultant <br />Ms. Kris VanSchoonhoven, Rec. Secretary <br />Johnson recommended that the minutes of the November 3, 1994 <br />meeting be approved as read. <br />Motion seconded by Hartmann. <br />Motion carried 5 - 0. <br />COMMISSION Wehrle stated that the Council would like the Commission's <br />TERM concurrence to change the Parks & Recreation Commission's <br />ROTATION term rotation. Presently, one term ends in 1994, three <br />terms end in 1995, and three terms end in 1996. The Council <br />would like these terms to be evened out so that there would <br />be a two /two /three rotation instead. <br />Johnson recommended changing the term rotation schedule for <br />the Parks & Recreation Commission beginning January 1, 1996 <br />so that the three terms that expire in 1995 will be changed <br />to two three -year terms and one two -year term thereby <br />evening out the terms to a two /two /three rotation. <br />Motion seconded by Wehrle. <br />Motion carried 5 - 0. <br />-1- <br />Page 99 <br />
