The City <br />Council asked me to send you a copy of this letter to confirm <br />your agreement with its content. <br />I would ask that you provide me with a response either verbally <br />or in writing by 1:00 p.m. on Friday, November 18, 1994. I will <br />then include your response in our agenda packet for our meeting <br />to be held on November 23, 1994.
