This will insure <br />that text is not lost during a system failure or power <br />surge /outage. Printing cannot be done directly from the <br />document. One must exit the document and enter a print screen <br />where print options are set up and even the left and top margins <br />are determined here rather than in the document itself. Word <br />Perfect allows these edits to be made in the document itself and <br />then a preview of the document is allowed before sending it to the <br />printer. <br />These are some of the improvements the proposed upgrades will <br />garner. Staff feels our productivity will be greatly enhanced by <br />these modifications.
