MINUTES <br />PLANNING COMMISSION <br />JANUARY 13, 1994 <br />COMP PLAN <br />DeLonais reported that the City Council held a workshop <br />meeting on January 12th to discuss capital <br />improvements. Another workshop has been scheduled for <br />January 26th to finalize the discussion. DeLonais <br />pointed out that updating of the Comprehensive Plan is <br />one of the items on the capital improvement listing. <br />SIGNAGE Davis reported that at the Little Canada Bazaar there <br />ENFORCEMENT is a sign on the north side of the driveway entrance <br />onto Rice Street. This sign is at ground level and <br />blocks visibility. Davis felt the sign was hazardous <br />and should be checked out. <br />ADJOURN <br />Reis pointed out the 4 to 5 free - standing, temporary <br />signs at Gas and Go on Rice Street, and asked if these <br />signs were in compliance with the Sign Ordinance. <br />Schletty recommended that the meeting be adjourned. <br />Motion seconded by Carson. <br />Motion carried 6 - 0. <br />There being no further business, the meeting was <br />adjourned at 8:40 P.M. <br />Respectfully submitted, <br />Kathy G nzer <br />Recording Secretary <br />Page 7 <br />
