MTC CONTRACT NO <br />DRAFT 7/26/93 <br />INTERAGENCY AGREEMENT FOR <br />MTC CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROJECT NO. 3291 <br />REGARDING BUS STOP SIGNAGE <br />THIS AGREEMENT, made this day of <br />199_, by and between the City of , a <br />municipal corporation (hereinafter called CITY), and the Metropolitan <br />Transit Area, a public corporation and political subdivision of the State <br />of Minnesota, by and through its governing body, the Metropolitan Transit <br />Commission (hereinafter called the MTC), <br />WITNESSETH THAT: <br />WHEREAS, the CITY desires to assist the MTC in the accomplishment <br />of the MTC's bus stop signage capital improvement project, and <br />WHEREAS, the MTC is empowered to plan, engineer, construct, <br />equip and operate transit and paratransit systems within the seven - <br />county metropolitan area; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual covenants and <br />promises contained herein, and pursuant to Minnesota Statute 471.59, the <br />CITY and the MTC agree as follows: <br />1. Compensation <br />MTC shall reimburse the City based on the type of task performed <br />and the quantity of each task multiplied by the respective unit price <br />assigned to that task. <br />a.
