MTC CONTRACT NO <br />DRAFT 7/26/93 <br />00 Unit costs entered on Exhibit A are MTC's proposal of fair <br />and equitable compensation to the City for the tasks to <br />be performed. <br />b. MTC's actual reimbursement to the City shall be in accordance <br />with the cost tabulation sheet, Exhibit B, attached hereto and <br />incorporated herein by reference: <br />(i) Quantities to be entered on Exhibit B shall be invoice <br />quantities. <br />(ii) Unit costs entered on Exhibit B shall be identical to the <br />unit costs entered on Exhibit A unless established <br />otherwise in Exhibit B at the time of this City's <br />agreement. <br />The four tasks enumerated in both Exhibit A and Exhibit B correspond <br />respectively to the four cost task conditions illustrated <br />schematically by Exhibit C, attached hereto and incorporated herein <br />by reference. <br />2. Tasks <br />The City shall perform each task in accordance with the <br />specifications set forth as Exhibit D, attached hereto and <br />incorporated herein by reference. <br />3. Invoice Requirements <br />Payments for services rendered under this agreement shall be <br />subject to the following conditions: <br />(a) Adequate time and expense records shall be maintained to <br />document billings to the MTC. <br />(b) Billings shall not be submitted more frequently than once per <br />month. <br />(c) Each invoice shall include the MTC contract number. <br />(d) Each invoice shall specifically and separately identify <br />subcontract services or supplies furnished by minority and /or <br />Page 128 <br />
