MTC CONTRACT NO, <br />DRAFT 7/26/93 <br />rev. 12/01/93 <br />TECHNICAL SPECIFICATION <br />(EXHIBIT D) <br />INTERAGENCY AGREEMENT FOR <br />MTC CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROJECT NO. 3291 <br />REGARDING BUS STOP SIGNAGE <br />PART 1 - GENERAL <br />1.1 SUMMARY <br />1.1.1 MTC shall furnish bus stop signs and blank bus stop route number and <br />destination holders to the City for installation by the City. <br />1.1.2 MTC shall furnish nylon washers to the City for use by the City with <br />the installation of the bus stop signs. <br />1.13 MTC may furnish safety tamper -proof hardware, where agreeable for <br />use by the City, for the installation of the bus stop route number and <br />destination holders. <br />1.1.4 MTC shall furnish hand tools to the City for use by the City with <br />tamper -proof hardware used in the manufacture and, if necessary, <br />for the installation of bus stop route number and destination <br />holders. <br />1.1.5 MTC shall install the information insert in the route number and <br />destination holders. <br />1.1.6 The City shall furnish all other labor, material and equipment for the <br />installation of the bus stop signs and bus stop route number and <br />destination holders <br />1 .2 QUALITY ASSURANCE <br />1.2.1 Except as otherwise noted, all materials shall be new and free from <br />defects upon completion of the City's work. <br />1.2.2 The City shall be responsible for all work being performed with care <br />and skill and for conformance with this specification. <br />MTC CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT AGREEMENT <br />EXHIBIT D <br />Page 135 <br />rev. 12/01/93 <br />
