MTC CONTRACT NO <br />DRAFT 7/26/93 <br />3.4.2 The City shall utilize either safety, tamper -proof hardware <br />furnished by MTC, or tamper -proof hardware of the City's own <br />selection for installation of bus stop route number and destination <br />holders. The use of strapping hardware for installation of holders is <br />discouraged from both safety and vandalism standpoints.
