Lot - Interior. A lot other than a corner lot, including <br />through lots. <br />Lot Line. A property boundary line of any lot held in a <br />single or separate ownership; except that where any portion of <br />the lot extends into the abutting street or alley, the lot <br />line shall be deemed to be the street or alley right -of -way. <br />Lot - Through. A lot fronting on two (2) parallel streets. <br />Lot Width. The shortest horizontal distance between the side <br />lot lines measured at right angles to the lot depth measured <br />at the required minimum building setback line. <br />M. Medical and Dental Clinic. A structure intended for providing <br />medical and dental examinations and service available to the <br />public. This service is provided without overnight care <br />available. <br />Mobile Home Park - Independent. An approved mobile home park <br />which has underground utility service to each site and only <br />permits independent mobile homes. <br />Mobile Home Park - Dependent. An approved mobile home park <br />which has underground utility services to each site and also <br />restroom and washing facilities as specified by the State of <br />Minnesota. <br />Mobile Home - Independent. A mobile home which is constructed <br />to utilize a public water and sewer system, an external course <br />of electrical service, and an external source for heating and <br />shall be equipped with a stool, shower or tub, and laundry <br />facilities. <br />Motel /Motor Home. A building or group of detached, -semi- <br />detached or attached buildings containing guest rooms or <br />units, each of which has a separate entrance directly from the <br />outside of the building, or corridor, with garage or parking <br />space conveniently located to each unit, and which is <br />designed, used or intended to be used primarily for the <br />accommodation of transient guests travelling by automobile. <br />Motor Fuel Station. A place where gasoline is stored only in <br />underground tanks, kerosene or motor oil and lubricants or <br />grease, for operation of automobiles, are retailed directly to <br />the public on the premises, and including minor accessories <br />and services for automobiles, but not including major repairs <br />and rebuilding. <br />N. Natural Drainage System. All land surface areas which by <br />nature of their contour configurations, collect, store and <br />channel surface water runoff. <br />12 <br />Page 39 <br />
