Over Burden. The earth rock and other materials that lie <br />about a natural deposit of mineral. <br />Out- Patient Care. Medical examination or service available to <br />the public. This service is provided without overnight care. <br />P. Parking Ramp. An accessory structure designed and used for <br />the storage of motor vehicles at, below and /or above grade. <br />Parking Space. An area enclosed in the main building, in an <br />accessory building, or unenclosed, sufficient in size to store <br />one (1) automobile, which has adequate access to a public <br />street or alley and permitting satisfactory ingress and egress <br />of an automobile. <br />Patio. A recreation area that adjoins a dwelling at grade <br />level, is often paved, and is typically adapted especially to <br />outdoor dining. <br />Permitted Use. A use which may be lawfully established in a <br />particular district or districts, provided it conforms with <br />all requirements, regulation, and performance standards (if <br />any) of such districts. <br />Person. An individual, firm, partnership, association, <br />corporation, or organization of any kind. <br />Porch. A covered entrance to a building, usually with a <br />separate roof. <br />Principal Use. The main use of land or buildings as <br />distinguished from subordinate or accessory uses. A <br />"principal use" may be either permitted or conditional. <br />* Public Parks. Any park, playground or open space designated <br />as a public use which is dedicated or reserved for recreation <br />purposes. <br />* Public Pedestrian Trails. A narrow strip of land for non - <br />motorized travel designated as a public use. <br />Public Use. Uses owned or operated by municipal, school <br />district, county, state, or other governmental units. <br />** Public Waters. Any waters as defined in Minnesota Statutes, <br />Section 1036.005, Subdivision 15. <br />Q. Ouadraminium.
