It was <br />founded in 1938 by the late T. R. Lillie. His eon and son -in -law, N. Theodore Lillie and Raymond J. <br />Enright, are continuing the family tradition of publishing award- winning community newspapers in the St. <br />Paul suburbs. <br />It is our sincere desire to provide the best possible locpl news coverage in the Little Canada area. Our <br />experienced news staff provides readers with a well- balanc}d, lively and informative product each week. We <br />realize that Little Canada area residents look tc the Roseville Review as one of their primary sources of <br />information about city activities and meetings and we wil continue to publish the city's press releases and <br />photos. <br />The Roseville Review editorial staff includes pews editor Ann Enabnit, staff writers Pamela O'Meara and <br />Sheila Knop, sports writer Christopher Slater and photographer Brad Stauffer. <br />The newspaper has the official designation of the neighboring communities of Roseville and <br />Maplewood. <br />Noon Thursday is the deadline each week for submitting public notices to our office. Late public notices <br />are accepted up to 10 a.m. Friday for the Tuesday newspaper. Public notices should be directed to Barbara <br />Michel, Lillie Suburban Newspapers, 2515 E. Seventh Ave., North St. PauL MN 55109. Our fax number <br />is 777 -8288. <br />Legal publication rates for minutes, advertisements for bids, and other notices are as follows: <br />$3,80 per column Inca for a one -time publication <br />$2.66 per column inch for each additional publication <br />$270/month for city council minutes <br />$35hnonth for floor a ; enda <br />Additionally, we would like to note that the lower case alphabet length in the Focus News is 78 points <br />long. State law requires the lower case alphabet length to be 90 points long. The short length of the <br />alphabet results in smaller legal type, and could possibly invalidate legal notices published in the smaller <br />size. <br />Thank you for considering the Roseville Review as the official legal newspaper for the City of Little <br />Canada for 1994.
