EXTRACT OF MINUTES <br />OF A MEETING OF THE <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />LITTLE CANADA, MINNESOTA <br />JANUARY 12, 1994 <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the <br />City Council of the City of Little Canada, Ramsey County, Minnesota, <br />was duly called and held at the City Center of said City on the 12th <br />day of January, 1994 at 7:30 P.M. <br />The following members were present: <br />Hanson, LaValle, Morelan, Pedersen, and Scalze; <br />and the following were absent: None. <br />Council Member introduced the following resolution and <br />moved its adoption: <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ASSESSMENT REAPPORTIONMENT FOR <br />PROPERTY DIVISION #DL063487 AS PRESENTED <br />WHEREAS, <br />Ramsey County has submitted information regarding the assessment <br />reapportionment as a result of property division DL063487; and <br />AND WHEREAS, <br />Staff has reviewed the apportionment and finds it to be in order. <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of <br />Little Canada hereby approves the reapportionment of assessments for <br />Property Division #DL063487 as follows: <br />EXISTING ASSESSMENT - <br />Parcel No. 07- 29 -22 -23 -0015 - No. 6170 - $1,933.74 <br />REAPPORTIONMENT - <br />Parcel No. 07- 29 -22 -23 -0019 - No. 6170 - $1,933.74 <br />The adoption of the foregoing resolution was seconded by Council <br />Member and upon vote taken thereon, the following voted in <br />favor thereof: <br />Hanson, LaValle, Morelan, Scalze, and Pedersen; <br />and the following voted against the same: None. <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by <br />the Council this 12th day of January, 1994. <br />Page 53 <br />
