EXTRACT OF MINUTES <br />OF A MEETING OF THE <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />LITTLE CANADA, MINNESOTA <br />JANUARY 12, 1994 <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the <br />City Council of the City of Little Canada, Ramsey County, Minnesota, <br />was duly called and held at the City Center of said City on the 12th <br />day of January, 1994 at 7:30 P.M. <br />The following members were present: <br />Hanson, Morelan, LaValle, Pedersen, and Scalze; <br />and the following were absent: None. <br />Council Member introduced the following resolution and <br />moved its adoption: <br />A RESOLUTION REPEALING RESOLUTION NO. 92 -1-22 <br />AND REQUESTING THE COMMISSIONER OF TRANSPORTATION <br />TO REINSTATE THE BOND RECORD IN HIS OFFICE FOR THE <br />CITY OF LITTLE CANADA <br />WHEREAS, <br />The City of Little Canada enacted Resolution 92 -1 -22 on January 8, <br />1992 (A copy of which is attached); and <br />WHEREAS, <br />The City of Little Canada has issued and sold bonds dated October 1, <br />1981 in the amount of $225,000, and July 1, 1986 in the amount of <br />$340,000 exclusively for the purpose of establishing, locating, <br />relocating, constructing, reconstructing or improving its State Aid <br />Streets in accordance with Law; and <br />WHEREAS, <br />The City of Little Canada has refunded the 1986 Bond Issue by an <br />issue dated November 1, 1993 with the remaining debt in the amount of <br />$315,000; and <br />WHEREAS, <br />The City of Little Canada may utilize a portion of its annual MSA <br />allotment to reimburse itself for the interest costs (past and <br />current) of these respective debt issues. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LITTLE CANADA, <br />MINNESOTA: <br />1. Resolution No. 92 -1 -22 is hereby rescinded in its entirity. <br />Page 76 <br />
