2. The Commissioner of Transportation is requested to modify the <br />bond records in his office for the City of Little Canada to <br />reflect the rescision of Resolution No. 92 -1 -22. <br />3. Current bond interest is to be reimbursed through the City's <br />annual maintenance allotment up to 35% of the City's total MSA <br />allotment subject to the debt service schedule on file with the <br />Commissioner of Transportation with 25% of the total allotment <br />to be used for maintenance purposes. <br />4 The total amount of past bond interest (1981 and 1986 issues) <br />reimbursed through MSA proceeds shall be kept on record by the <br />Commissioner of Transportation for potential reimbursement to <br />the City of Little Canada from future maintenance allotments. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was seconded <br />by Council Member and upon vote taken thereon, the following <br />voted in favor thereof: <br />Hanson, Scalze, Pedersen, Morelan, and LaVaile. <br />and the following voted against the same: None. <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />Page 77 <br />
