MINUTES <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />JANUARY 8, 1992 <br />THE REPORT ON CONSOLIDATION OF GROSS MISDEMEANOR <br />PROSECUTIONS WITHOUT ADDITIONAL JUSTIFICATION <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Scalze. <br />Ayes (4) Blesener, Scalze, LaValle, Hanson. <br />Nays (0). <br />Resolution declared adopted. <br />2620 RICE The City Administrator reviewed his report regarding <br />STREET the clean -up of structure at 2620 Rice Street. The <br />Administrator reported that the attorney representing <br />the property owner has indicated the property owner's <br />willingness to enter into the agreement for clean -up on <br />a voluntary basis. However, if this does not occur, <br />the Administrator recommended that the City Attorney be <br />authorized to begin the process to allow the City to go <br />in and clean -up the property. <br />Mr. Blesener introduced the following resolution and <br />moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 92 -1 -21 - AUTHORIZING THE CITY ATTORNEY <br />TO BEGIN THE PROCESS TO ALLOW THE CITY TO CLEAN UP THE <br />STRUCTURE AT 2620 RICE STREET IF THE PROPERTY OWNER <br />DOES NOT ENTER INTO AN AGREEMENT WITH THE CITY TO DO SO <br />BY FRIDAY <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by LaValle. <br />Ayes (4) Blesener, LaValle, Scalze, Hanson. <br />Nays (0). <br />Resolution declared adopted. <br />Blesener suggested that the Fire Department be <br />contacted about the clean -up of the Fasciana property <br />on Little Canada Road near the Railroad tracks. <br />MSA The City Administrator recommended approval of a <br />RESOLUTION resolution requesting the recoup of bond interest in <br />connection with State Aid dollars for street <br />maintenance. <br />Mr. Blesener introduced the following resolution and <br />moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 92 -1 -22 - REQUESTING THE COMMISSIONER OF <br />TRANSPORTATION TO MODIFY THE BOND RECORD IN HIS OFFICE <br />FOR THE CITY OF LITTLE CANADA <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Scalze. <br />Ayes (4) Blesener, Scalze, Hanson, LaValle. <br />Nays (0).
