MINUTES
PLANNING COMMISSION
MARCH 10, 1994
*Increase public involvement;
*Implement the Watershed Natural Resources Plan.
Buss reported that the Steering Committee will meet
once more to finalize the plan. The plan will then be
published and distributed to local governments so that
it can be used in developing comprehensive plans, etc.
Buss asked that the Planning Commission contact her
with any questions or comments that the members might
have on the plan.
DeLonais asked about surface run -off from the proposed
SuperAmerica site to the St. Paul Water Department
property as has been discussed earlier in the meeting.
Buss suggested that Cliff Aichinger of the Watershed be
contacted and asked to comment on that matter.
DeLonais thanked Buss for her presentation and informed
her that should the Planning Commission have any
comments on the plan members would contact her or
Dennis Carson.
COMPREHENSIVE The City Planner introduced Koffi Voumadi, a student
PLAN working towards his Master's Degree in Planning at
Mankato State. Voumadi will gain important
experience that will assist him in his future career.
The Planner felt this was a good time for the
15
