5. The hours of operation shall be subject to City Council <br />control and change as a means to maintain compatibility of <br />uses and activities. <br />6. The site plan is modified to identify off - street loading <br />areas. Adequate off - street loading space shall be provided <br />for semi - trailer truck transports which does not conflict with <br />internal or external site circulation. Compliance with <br />Section 903.060 is required. <br />7. All signing and informational or visual communication devices <br />shall be minimized and shall be in compliance with Section <br />903.110 of the City Code. A signing plan shall be submitted <br />and shall be processed in conjunction with the application for <br />conditional use permit. <br />8. No outside storage except as allowed incompliance with Section <br />911.040, D of the Little Canada City Code. <br />9. All conditions pertaining to a specific site are subject to <br />change when the Council, upon investigation in relation to a <br />formal request, finds that the general welfare and public <br />betterment can be served as well or better by modifying the <br />conditions. <br />10. All lighting (if any) shall be hooded and so directed that the <br />light source shall not be visible from public right -of -way or <br />from neighboring residences. <br />11. The provisions of Section 921.010 are considered and <br />satisfactorily met. <br />12. The parking areas be curbed, striped and handicap parking <br />designated. <br />13. The City Engineer provide comment /recommendation in regard to <br />the grading and drainage of the site. <br />14.
