If so, assessment rate adjusted. <br />MAPLE GROVE - <br />Working on ,a policy. Considering 50/50 assessment for all <br />classes of property. <br />BURNSVILLE - <br />Have not done any overlays or rehabs. Only sealcoating and <br />reconstructions. <br />BROOKLYN PARK - <br />City does not assess overlays. Just getting into rehabs and <br />have not yet assessed any. <br />BROOKLYN CENTER - <br />City does not assess overlays. Residential rehabs and total <br />street reconstruction is assessed at a flat maximum rate of <br />$1,550 per lot not matter how extensive the work. <br />Commercial, Multi - Family, Public properties are assessed on <br />a case -by -case basis based on the square footage of the <br />property, past rates, and adjustments to that rate using the <br />construction index. <br />BLOOMINGTON - <br />Just adopted a new assessment policy. Overlays without a <br />large amount of preparation work are not assessed. Rehabs <br />area assessed at 25% of costs for residential property and <br />50% for all other classes. <br />Page 28 <br />
