approval from Ramsey County Public Works. If work is <br />to occur outside of those hours, special approval must <br />be received from the City of Little Canada. This <br />provision is in place to minimize tracking from the <br />construction site on to public roadways. <br />* An access drive consisting of Class II lime rock or its <br />equivalent placed and maintained to a depth of at least <br />six inches and a minimum width of at least 20 feet <br />while also allowing for turning radii shall be <br />installed by the Developers for delivery access to the <br />lot during construction. Said access drive must be <br />maintained until adequate Class 5 base is installed <br />pursuant to the Developers agreement with the City. <br />* No connection to City utilities will be allowed until <br />satisfactory test results for water and sewer main have <br />been received and approved by City staff. <br />* No occupancy permits will be issued for this home until <br />the first lift of bituminous paving for Schletty Drive <br />has been completed and accepted by the City. <br />* The Developers agree to guarantee access to the home <br />for emergency vehicles. <br />* The Developers agree to protect existing manholes, <br />castings, and gate valves affected by the construction <br />of the model home. The Developers further agree to <br />make corrections to the public improvements that are <br />deemed necessary by the City Engineer as a result of <br />the model home construction. <br />Page 13 <br />
