The <br />applicant is proposing the requests for the following reasons: <br />1. The location of the home as proposed, conforms with the <br />location of the adjacent homes on the Sunrise Drive cul -de- <br />sac. <br />2. The subject lot contains a steep slope ideal for a walk -out. <br />The proposed location of the home lines up with the <br />topography, therefore, very little filling is needed. <br />3.
