MINUTES <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />OCTOBER 16, 2013 <br />ADJOURN <br />Canada Road. This is the only property along the project that already has <br />sidewalk. <br />There was some additional discussion relative to the needed sidewalk <br />easements along the south side of Little Canada Road from the freeway to <br />the Church property. The Administrator hoped to have these easements <br />finalized over the next couple of months. <br />Montour introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2013 -10 -189 — ADOPTING THE ASSESSMENT <br />ROLL FOR IMPROVEMENT NO. 2012 -06, LITTLE CANADA ROAD <br />(FROM 135E TO EDGERTON STREET) BY RECLAMATION OF <br />EXISTING BITUMINOUS SURFACE, THE ADDITION OF <br />CONCRETE CURB AND GUTTER, THE ADDITION OF SIDEWALK <br />AND STORM SEWER IMPROVEMENTS, WITH AN AMENDMENT <br />TO THE ASSESSMENT ROLL FOR 303 LITTLE CANADA ROAD <br />REDUCING THAT ASSESSMENT TO $5,009.63 AS <br />RECOMMENDED BY CITY STAFF <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by McGraw. <br />Ayes (5). <br />Nays (0).
