normal operations of the City or other employees, <br />including the provoking of or instigating a fight during <br />working time or on City premises. <br />12. Inducing or attempting to induce any employee in the <br />service of the City to commit an unlawful act or to <br />act in violation of any lawful departmental or official <br />regulation, order, or work rule. <br />13. Accepting any fee, gift or other valuable thing in <br />violation of Section 16 regarding receipt of gifts and <br />other gratuities. <br />14. Soliciting political contributions from municipal <br />employees, and engaging in political activities on or <br />with City property or on City time. <br />15. Unauthorized use of City -owned equipment and vehicles <br />16. Failure to comply with safety rules and practices. <br />17. Chronic physical or mental incapacity to perform the <br />work of the position. <br />18. Unauthorized absence or abuse of leave privileges. <br />19. Use of official position for personal advantage. <br />20. Abusive, threatening or coercive treatment of another <br />employee or the public on employer's time or premises. <br />21. Any violation of Section 22, Harassment Policy. <br />22. Activity which has been determined to be incompatible <br />with employment as provided in Section 16 regarding <br />outside employment. <br />23.
