The entire area shall have a drainage system which <br />is subject to the approval of the City Engineer. <br />13. The entire area other than occupied by buildings or <br />structures or planting shall be paved with a <br />material which will control dust and drainage and <br />which is subject to the approval of the City <br />Engineer. <br />14. All signing and information or visual communication <br />devices _ shall. -be in:: compliance with Section <br />903.110. of this ordinance. <br />15 Hours of operation may be limited to 6:00 a.m. to <br />11:00 p.m. to minimize the effect or nuisance <br />factors such as traffic, noise, and glare. Hours <br />may be modified, either longer or shorter, by City <br />Council resolution upon compliance with the <br />procedural requirements in Section 921. of this <br />ordinance. <br />910.050. LOT REQUIREMENTS AND SETBACKS. The following <br />minimum requirements shall be observed in an "B -1" District subject <br />to additional requirements,. exceptions and modifications set forth <br />in this Ordinance. <br />A.
