conflict with internal or external site <br />circulation. Compliance with Section 903.060 is <br />required. <br />11. The number of parking stalls shall be determined <br />according to the standards imposed upon retail and <br />service establishments and be in compliance with <br />Section 903.050 of this Ordinance, plus other <br />provisions as may be applicable. <br />12. An internal site pedestrian circulation system <br />shall be defined and appropriate provisions made to <br />protect such areas from encroachments by parked <br />cars or moving vehicles. <br />13. All signing and informational or visual <br />communication devices shall be minimized and shall <br />be in compliance with Section 903.110 of this <br />Ordinance. A signing plan shall be submitted and <br />shall be processed in conjunction with the <br />application for conditional use permit. <br />14. Provisions as determined as necessary by the City <br />Council are made to control and reduce noise. <br />15. No outside storage except as allowed in compliance <br />with Section 911.040, D of this Ordinance. An <br />enclosed screened area is to be provided for <br />rubbish containers and dumpsters. <br />16. All conditions pertaining to a specific site are <br />subject to change when the Council, upon <br />investigation in relation to a formal request, <br />finds that the general welfare and public <br />betterment can be served as well or better by <br />modifying the conditions. <br />17. The provisions of Section 921.010, C of this <br />Ordinance are considered and satisfactorily met. <br />D. Retail sales combined with related commercial printing <br />facilities, provided that: <br />1. Noise does not exceed standards as established by <br />the City Code and does not infringe upon <br />neighboring properties. <br />2. No outside storage occurs on the site. <br />3. Adequate space is provided for loading facilities <br />which do not disrupt parking or access circulation. <br />Page 23 <br />
