(2) Similar Architectural Style and Exterior Finish Materials. <br />Exterior building materials shall be complementary to the <br />architectural character of the neighborhood. <br />"Complementary" shall mean that the exterior building <br />materials shall be similar to that currently exhibited in the <br />neighborhood so as not to cause a difference to a degree to <br />cause incongruity or a depreciation of neighborhood or <br />adjacent property values. <br />2. Permit Application and Processing. Applications for administrative <br />permits shall be accompanied by a site plan showing to scale, all lot lines, <br />the location and size of the proposed building and the principal structure, <br />as well s construction plans for the proposed building which identify site, <br />height, and building materials used. <br />a. Within five (5) working days of receiving an application for an <br />administrative permit, the City Zoning Administrator shall review <br />it for completeness. If the application is complete, it shall then be <br />processed. If the City Zoning Administrator finds that it is <br />incomplete, the City Zoning administrator shall, within such five <br />(5) working day period, send to the applicant a notice of the <br />specific ways in which the application is deficient, with <br />appropriate references to the applicable sections of this chapter <br />and/or the City Code. <br />b. Upon receipt of a complete application, the Zoning Administrator <br />shall review and comment upon application and shall either: <br />(1) Issue the permit, if the infill building that is the subject of <br />the application conforms in every respect with the <br />requirements of this Chapter and the City Code. <br />(2) Reject the permit if the infill building that is the subject of <br />the application fails in any way to conform with the <br />requirements of this Chapter and the City Code. <br />c. In case of a rejection, the Zoning Administrator shall specify in the <br />rejection the Section or Sections of this Chapter and/r the City <br />Code with which the accessory building is inconsistent. <br />d. If the work authorized under a permit has not been initiated within <br />sixty (60) days after the date of issuance, the permit shall be null <br />and void. <br />Page 32 <br />
