MINUTES <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />OCTOBER 23, 2013 <br />With regard to the redevelopment of this site as a Public Works Garage, <br />the Administrator recommended that a boundary and topographical survey <br />be done for the site. He also recommended a structural evaluation of the <br />1993 addition to determine if it can be used as part of the new Public <br />Works complex. <br />Montour introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2013 -10 -202 — AUTHORIZING THE CITY <br />ATTORNEY TO SERVE AN UNLAWFUL DETAINER ON THE <br />OCCUPANTS OF THE FORMER BRINGS PROPERTY AS <br />RECOMMENDED BY THE CITY ADMINISTRATOR <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Keis. <br />Ayes (5). <br />Nays (0).
