Hanson <br />MEMORANDUM <br />TO: Mayor Blesener and Members of the City Council <br />FROM: Joel Hanson, City Administrator <br />DATE: November 8, 2013 <br />RE: Construction Management Proposals — Set Interview Date <br />Attached is a copy of the Request for Proposals for Construction Management Services. <br />This was distributed to 16 firms. Staff will review the responses prior to Wednesday's <br />meeting and have a recommendation on firms to interview ready for Wednesday's <br />meeting (three to five firms). I will also forward a copy of each of the responses to you <br />Tuesday morning. We can include your input in the initial review /cut down if you want <br />to be involved in that part of the process. <br />Assuming we can pare down the list to a reasonable number by Wednesday night's <br />meeting, I would recommend we set a date for interviews. In the RFP, I indicated that <br />interviews would "tentatively" be held on November 21St. The Council will need to <br />determine what date works best for interviews. <br />1 <br />
