RAMSEY COUNTY <br />COOPERATIVE AGREEMENT <br />WITH THE CITY OF LITTLE CANADA <br />Little Canada Road Reconstruction <br />S.A.P. 062 -621 -010, S.A.P. 200-020-010 <br />Agreement PW2013 -52 <br />Attachments: <br />Engineers Estimate - Exhibit A <br />Location Map <br />THIS AGREEMENT is between the City of Little Canada, Minnesota ( "City ") or ( "City of Little <br />Canada "), and Ramsey County, Minnesota ( "County ") or ( "Ramsey County "); <br />WITNESSETH: <br />WHEREAS, the City of Little Canada and Ramsey County desire to perform pavement <br />rehabilitation, sidewalk construction, curb and gutter construction, and pedestrian ramp <br />construction on Little Canada Road, CSAI-I 21, in Ramsey County; and <br />WHEREAS, Little Canada Road is designated as Ramsey County State Aid Highway 21; <br />and <br />WI- IEREAS, this project has been designated as eligible for County State Aid Highway <br />funds (CSAI1) and Municipal State Aid Funds (MSA), reimbursement as S.A,P. 062- 624 -010 and <br />S.A.P. 200 -020 -010; and <br />WHEREAS, the City has produced plans and specifications for the work to be preformed; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, a preliminary estimate of project costs has been prepared and attached to this <br />agreement as Exhibit A "Cost Participation Summary "; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY MUTUALLY AGREED AS FOLLOWS: <br />1. The City shall prepare the necessary plans, specifications, estimates and proposals in <br />accordance with funding requirements to take bids for this project. Costs of project revisions <br />after the completion of plans and specifications will be paid for by the party requesting the <br />revisions. Revisions must be consistent with State Aid requirements and are subject to City <br />and County approval. <br />2. All City owned rights of way and casements within the limits of the project for roads, utilities <br />and storm water are hereby granted to the County for the project use during construction. <br />3. The City shall administer the acquisition of all rights of way and easements required for the <br />construction of the project in accordance with State Aid requirements and all applicable Federal <br />PW 2013-52 <br />2 <br />1 of 1 <br />
