MINUTES <br />PLANNING COMMISSION <br />NOVEMBER 14, 2013 <br />Schwalbach recommended adoption of a Text Amendment to the Zoning <br />Code Sections 911, 912A, and 914 related to Auto Use Moratorium and <br />consideration of amended regulations for Automobile Sales, Service, and <br />Storage as recommended by the City Planner which include additional <br />regulations for indoor auto sales licensing and the elimination of the <br />salvage vehicle sales and repair licenses. <br />Motion seconded by Maleitzke. <br />Motion carried 7 — 0. <br />PLANNING The City Clerk noted that the Commission received the updated Planning <br />COMMISSION Commission ordinance which now includes term limits. Those <br />ORDINANCE Commissioners at term limits at the end of 2013 are allowed an exemption <br />enabling them to apply for one more term on the Commission. The Clerk <br />noted that Knudsen and Duray are at term limits, but if interested in <br />applying for an additional term should inform her by December 2, 2013. <br />ADJOURN <br />Duray recommended that the meeting be adjourned. <br />Motion seconded by Baraclough. <br />Motion carried 7 — 0. <br />There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned at 8:10 p.m. <br />Respectfully submitted, <br />/ <br />Kathy Glanzer( <br />City Clerk <br />-5- <br />
