Replacement of 4- 401/45'3 pole and removal of 7- poles, 7 -spans (1133') #2 <br />acsr primary and neutral overhead wires. <br />"*This Statement of Work Requested contract reflects the final payment of actual costs billed directly to the <br />City of Little Canada. <br />The facilities installed or removed by Northern States Power Company, a Minnesota corporation ( "Xcel Energy" <br />or the "Company ") shall be the property of the Company and any payment by customer shall not entitle <br />customer to any ownership interest or right therein.
